It's been a few weeks now since Clara received her brace (a.k.a., the fancy pants) and she's been adjusting so well. We are quite proud of her for how she has embraced this new "limitation". She's crawling and cruising and has even begun practicing standing without holding on to anything. She does get tired of it, as evidenced by her signing "All done" tonight when we put it back on after changing her into her pajamas. But all in all, she is still our joyful little peanut.
A huge thank you to Summer who helped us decorate the brace. Now they are officially Clara's Fancy Pants.

yay! great update! I love her little stuffed animal friend held tightly in the crib.
FANCY PANTS! Fantastic. I can't wait to finally meet my flower girl in May! Sounds like she's really a trooper.
Now she really is a fancypants little one. I love the decorations! I can't believe how big she's getting! So cute.
