On Saturday we celebrated one whole year with Clara! It's hard to believe she has been in our lives an entire year, and also hard to picture what life was ever like without her. Clara continually brings us incredible joy, and it really was special to take the day to celebrate her with friends and family.
The birthday girl was a vision in pink (and her mom looked pretty hot, too).
The theme for Clara's party, carried over from her nursery decorations, was Alice in Wonderland, or "Clara in One-derland". Below are some examples of our mad decorating skills in action.

So great! I love the decorations and blue food and, of course, the yummy cupcake face! Give the birthday girl a hug from us! We wish we could have been there, but we'll see you in just a few months. (when hugging will commence in full)

I am sorry that Miss Clara did not get to come and see her "rather tall" cousin be the doorknob and the King of Hearts in "Alice In Wonderland". We'll let you know if anyone gets parts in the next Alice show in the Fall. Maybe a trip to the south would be in order. Start searching jobs down here and maybe they'll fly you in! Only 3 hours from your sister! That should be incentive enough. Love to Everyone!
