We just got back from the hip doctor for Clara's two month check-up. The x-rays show *slight* improvement, so the doctor wants to keep Clara in the brace for four more months.

Wait, wasn't Clara supposed to be in the brace for a total of four months?
Yep.
Not anymore. Now we're looking at six months total.
Still, we're blessed and lucky that the brace should fix this in the long run. But for now, we're looking at a little while longer in the fancy pants.
