Dear Family and Friends,
It is with overflowing joy and gratitude that Heather and I announce the arrival of our daughter, Clara Lynn. After two weeks of strong contractions, Heather was induced on Thursday evening and gave birth to Clara on Friday, March 28 at 1:20 pm. Everything went smoothly, and our baby is perfect and healthy; an absolute sweetheart. We spent two nights in the hospital and came home this afternoon, where we have all done nothing but sleep and eat.
We have felt very supported and loved during this whole process, so thank you so much for your help, prayers, and encouragement. Enjoy some pictures here, and we will keep the blog posted as she sprouts up.

She's a cutey!! But we guess you know that already. Just let us know when you need a drive-by pot of chili and more knitted items. I have a few more up my sleeve - I'm sure she'll grow out of that wee hat very soon. We also hope you get some sleep.

Congrats you guys!! Welcome to the world of living your life in 2.5 - 3 hour increments!!! She is beautiful and look at all that hair - and we thought Carter had a lot of hair!! How big was she??? We will keep praying for you guys because the adjustment to being home and all is quite a change too and I know we needed prayer!!! Congratulations again!!! Great job!
