Has it really been a month already?

Just like that, it's been a month, and Elsa is growing up!

We celebrated with cake and candles,

and even got to share the moment with Grammy, Tia Lauren and Tio Rafa.

Just a sampling of her expression repertoire. Actually, at the moment this is about all she's got.

Sisters, sisters... celebrating the one-month mark.

How did we get to this point? Here are some pictures to catch us up, starting with the first ride home.

Ready to head home from the hospital.

Loaded up the car and arrived at home to find:

Elsa got in some prime snuggle time with her great-grandmothers

Bam

and Nana.

Four generations!

Nona thought Elsa was pretty special.

And so did Clara.

Enjoying some "tummy time".

Is Mama beautiful or what?

Elsa's first hike, in Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park.

Dwarfed and humbled.

Our fun week with Grammy included plenty of snuggle time.

Elsa's first Story Time at the library!

More Nona-snuggles.

Picnic at Loch Lomond. (There will be some sweet rowboating photos in the next post.)

Nona, Paddy, and all of their granddaughters...until Ryan and Andy's Baby Sprout arrives at Christmastime :)

Sleepy bug.

First bath!

Marching up the driveway with Uncle Sean.

Some parting shots.

Next time: what has Clara been up to?
